On Saturday, our St Monica’s athletes travelled to Pietermaritzburg’s Msunduzi Stadium to take part in the KZNA SYYJSM League meeting.
Our athletes did well with 3 first places from Lathitha Nkunzi in the female U/17 Discus, Malusi Sipika in the male U/20 110m Hurdles and Samkelisiwe Ngema in the female U/20 100m Hurdles. Eyona Mangumta placed 2nd in the male U/20 Discus and Rorisang Majoe placed 2nd in the male U/20 200m sprint.
