On Friday, 17 February, St Monica's celebrated Valentine’s Day. This day was used to show our love and appreciation of one another. The learners dressed in their Valentine’s Day colours and participated in a fashion show, where Mr and Miss Valentine were crowned. Delicious treats were also sold on the day, the candy floss and cake were a hit. The learners also got to enjoy a movie in the hall with delicious snack as well as showing their creative talents in our colouring-in competition. Fun was had by all and smiles were visible on the faces of both the learners and the teachers alike. Thank you to everybody that contributed to making the day a success.
