ADMISSION 2023: We are busy with admissions for 2023 and we must know if we should
reserve your child’s place for 2023. According to the enrolment contract signed by you when
your child entered the school and which serves as a legally binding agreement between you
and the school, parents must give one term’s notice if they want to transfer their child (ren) to
another school. Please indicate on the reply slip alongside if your child is coming back in
2023 or not, and return the slip to school. The stationery fee must be paid as a “Booking
Fee” by the end of November 2022. If you have any problems meeting these requirements,
please come and discuss the matter.
STOP-ORDER FACILITY: If you would like to make use of the Stop Order system to pay
your fees in 2023, please discuss it with Mrs van Wyhe. She will explain the process to you.
It is much safer, it will save you money and you will not have to make the effort to come to
school every month.
Sincerely Yours
Mrs P. Myburg
